At Mosaic Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your new mosaic piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the mosaic items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
